Wow Factor

This 20,000-square-foot property features a private cinema, gaming room, wine cellar, underground car garage with a lift and turntable amongst many other premium selling points. The developer asked us to add yet more pizzazz with a package of integrated home technology that would prove attractive to potential buyers yet cost sensitive to the developer.

Poolside Illuminations

The vastness of the property necessitated the programming of over 450 circuits, all controlled by a Lutron lighting system. Nothing could be more impressive than visual effects created by the DMX lighting within the pool and the spa areas.

Visual Treat

A speciality of ours is creating bespoke mechanisms for electrical equipment. There's almost no location where we can't fit a screen whether it lowers from the ceiling or pops up at the end of a bed. Bathrooms are a popular place to watch a favourite film whilst you soak, accessing your movie playlist via a Kaleidescape system. We can provide expert advice on TVs for wet and steamy areas.
