First impressions

As a dedicated sales and marketing suite for a prestigious property developer, the entrance lobby has to impress and provide great service. Our integrated technology includes a Crestron presentation system allowing multiple media inputs from staff and visitors. To ensure their comfort, Tillman Domotics designed and installed bespoke floor-to-ceiling motorised fins for the glass windows of the seating area.

Out of sight

Echoing the high level of comfort of a residential environment, the meeting area is far from a functional commercial space. Technology is discreet and our 55" UHD LED TV is hidden in a feature panel that blends into the décor and advances on a sliding mechanism when in use. Bang & Olufsen audio has also been seamlessly integrated throughout.

In a good light

With a variety of lighting from statement pendant lights and table lamps to wall-mounted uplighters, ceiling spots and coffered ceiling illumination, the marketing suite is lit as any beautiful interior might be. Full Lutron lighting control allows us to replicate the lighting style of a prestigious residential property and offers various pre-programmed lighting scenes as well as energy-saving control/dimming.
