Developers Marketing Tool

As well as designing and installing a bespoke package of home automation services, we created specially designed software that would wake the apartment ready for viewing by pressing a single button on a wall-mounted touch screen. Within just 15 seconds, predetermined lighting scenes and blind / curtain control for the correct time of day were activated, fireplaces gently glowed and music playlists switched on, making it easier for the sales team to show the penthouse to maximum advantage.

High-tech bathroom

There is a lot of technology in this 3,765 sq ft penthouse. TV screens emerge out of mirrors on the bathroom walls and the main TV in the north sitting room is discreetly positioned behind a mechanised sliding walnut panel. Surround sound speakers are buried in the joinery whilst the air conditioning is hidden in the coffered ceilings. We worked very closely with architect Moreno Masey and interior designer Honky to specify mechanisms and products that would work best with the design.

Illuminated features

Stand-out features, including an illuminated terrace that overlooks Admiralty Arch and London's quirkiest lavatory and shower, wittily located in the building's famous clock tower, are also enhanced by technology. The terrace has a hidden music system outside and the clock face is dramatically lit by our lighting control system.
