NEW GENERATIONAL HOME

This project consisted of an existing main house building with new build wings featuring a new sub-terranean parking area and spa complex designed by Adam Architecture.

BEST IN CLASS

The main house was fitted out with premium specification Steinway Lyngdorf loudspeakers throughout and controlled by a custom Crestron user interface using the clients own family fonts and family crest. Lighting and motorised drapery are controlled through a Lutron system and along with the BMS, are integrated into the Crestron house control system to provide the end client with a single point of control for otherwise complicated estate-wide systems.

The rest of the estate consists of a renovated stables building for guest accommodation, including the highest spec residential cinema in the UK at the time of install, and a number of other estate management and guest accommodation buildings.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT

The estate has its own natural spring water supply, and is generating electricity from a solar array. We integrated an energy dashboard into the system to show live and historical data of energy use across the estate. We were able to monitor each individual building and the key high-use services such as air-conditioning and pool heating to help the estate management team track usage and cost.
