Aftercare & Maintenance
Tillman Domotics has gained a reputation for offering the highest levels of service & aftercare which keeps our clients coming back. Maintenance
In addition to the cover extended by the one-year system warranty an additional Maintenance Contract is available to all Tillman Domotics clients. The maintenance contract is available following the expiration of the warranty to provide preventative, diagnostic and remote maintenance of the system. As with our design systems, we are able to customise our contracts to suit all of our clients, whether it is through adapting our response times, increasing the regularity of our system service visits or the inclusivity of our package.
Power Management
Power management serves two purposes, firstly to ensure the maximum possible life expectancy from equipment, and secondly to provide information relating to power outages. If the power is cut, a backup battery allows the domotics system time to relay information to our maintenance server before shutdown. We can also supply a power conditioner that reduces the risk of damage caused to equipment due to high or otherwise abnormal voltages.
Remote Monitoring
Tillman Domotics Remote Monitoring service allows us to monitor the status of your system in real-time. The central monitoring station in the centre of the Tillman Domotics office displays the live status of the equipment and reacts to any changes. We are able to monitor the IT network & property connection, central control systems, lighting systems, media server/music systems, environment sensors for temperature, humidity & leak detection. If anything changes, key personnel are sent alerts, allowing us to react immediately. Remote monitoring also has the benefit that we are able to remotely diagnose and attend to some equipment, often without the need to arrange a visit. This is particularly important for remote properties or marine projects where access is more difficult.
